Five Hundred Wellington

Luxury Boutique Condo · LEED Certified · 500 Wellington St W, Toronto · 2011

An ultra-luxury boutique condominium on a narrow 19 m × 65 m infill site in the warehouse district. Ten storeys hold only 17 penthouse-sized loft suites, each with private elevator access and cabana terraces.

The material palette is deliberately restrained and durable: charcoal ironspot brick, Ipe soffits, black zinc flashings, and frameless glass guardrails. 5,667 m² GFA. Developed by Freed Developments.
